Could not connect with stream

Hi, I have only very little experience with OBS. We have a fairly elaborate (I think) with 3 camera’s, a panel to control (pan/zoom) them, 10 microphones. We use OBS to create a stream that is subsequently either sent to YouTube or to a seperate modem (box) from an external vendor which sends it to sthe servers of the vendor from which it is distributed further. The system worked, we did not change anything, but this morning it suddenly said ‘Couldn’t connect with stream’ (might not be the exact wording, I translated it from Dutch) when we tried to upload/connect with youtube. Any suggestion is welcome! See logfile.

In addition, maybe of interest: there was also a notification saying “new websocket connection”, see attachment

That external party isn't Kerkomroep, is it? ;) I just heard they had a nation wide technical issue this morning where only audio was broadcasted:

Er is momenteel een storing op Kerkomroep. Bij veel kerken is het niet mogelijk om de dienst live mee via beeld te volgen. Via geluid is de dienst wel te beluisteren. Er wordt op dit moment door de technici hard gewerkt om het probleem te onderzoeken en op te lossen.
