hi, i cant stream it comes up with this

and how do i get the log file up ?

Disable any and all software firewalls you have active. And be mindful that many security/AVs packages come with firewalls. So, have a look at your AV as well.

Or... add OBS as a verified program to said firewalls or add an exception for OBS to those firewalls.

TL;DR -- Your firewall is acting up.

thanks kharay it was blocked in the AVs
