Bug Report "Could not connect to server"

I can't seem to connect to either the twitch or Own3d servers. I've Reset my stream key multiple times but that doesn't seem to solve the problem.

Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Make sure OBS isn't blocked by any firewall / security / anti-virus software.

I turned off Avast ( antivirus software) and windows firewall but still can't connect.
