Question / Help Could I support streaming gameplay?

My computer is a custom gaming computer:
AMD processor 8 core, 3.1GHz
GeForce GFX.

My internet however can not meet any standard expected:
Download speed (MB/PS):
around 2 usually, slow sometimes around 0.05 - 1.

Upload speed (MB/PS):
around 0.3 usually.

I would like to stream gameplay such as ROBLOX or Unturned on steam, nothing much more.

Not with that upload speed, no.

We really recommend at least 1 (one) full mbit of upload speed, and even then you are very limited in the quality you can reach.

That's a disappointment, I can't yet get any faster where I live, thank-you for replying though.
