Question / Help Could i stream?

everyone can stream as long as there is some sort of connection :^)

in your cas the question should rather be "what quality are you trying to achieve" going by upload 480p30 with 650 bitrate and 46 audio bitrate might be possible then again you had to try it on your own and see how your ping behaves
