Question / Help Corsair Vengenace 2100's mic no longer working in OBS.

Hi, I have a problem of getting my Corsair Vengeance 2100's mic to work properly. OBS can't capture my voice at all after I had it working the previous week after I tried to reconnect it. Here is the log file I posted on Pastebin: http://pastebin.com/cDCcPT51
