Corrupted Logitech c920 with AMD AVC

I've a strange behaviour with OBS 29.1
If I select AMD AVC as streaming output for Twitch my logitech C920 start to show a corrupted video at 1920x1080 @30FPS while if I use Nvidia NVEC the camera works like a charm.

If I lower the resolution it doesn't corrupt but it is very laggy like 3/4 FPS
My system:

OS: Windows 10 Enterprice
RAM: 64GB DDR5
CPU: Ryzen 9 7900x3D
GPU: RTX 4090

Try toggling hardware encoding on your camera source and post a log file.
