Question / Help Corrupted FLV

Hello everyone:

A few days ago I recorded for 2 hours on a local file, but the resulting video stops at about 15 minutes in. I opened the file on VLC Player, and it shows that the video should end at 2:41:20, but my video only lasts for 15:26.

Is there anyway to fix it?
