Question / Help Corrupted file

Hello, weeks ago I start to use OBS to record videos but from a day to another the files start to came out corrupted, I open them and open normally but if I go foward in the video the reproductor crash, also when I import them to Sony Vegas Pro 13 the program crash, it happens with Mp4 and FLV files, what can I do? I update all the codecs and all the drivers

If you can open the files in VLC and they play normally, they aren't corrupt. On the other hand, if OBS crashed while you were saving a MP4, then nothing can fix it.

To edit files in Sony Vegas, make sure CFR is enabled and the audio is saved as AAC and not MP3. And if you saved as FLV, convert it to MP4 first.

In Vegas, make sure GPU Acceleration is set to Off, and that your render settings are set to "CPU Only" instead of CUDA.

I try with Windows Media Player, VLC, mpc-hc and windows 10 reproductor, all of them have the same problem, the files I import to Sony Vegas are mp4 with AAC and they import normally when I move the clip to the timeline Sony Vegas crash
