Just wondering if these settings are correct for my current hardware;

CPU: i7 3770
GPU: HIS IceQ 7870 2GB
Ram: 8GB
Upload speed: 5.4mbps (according to testmy.net)

OBS settings:
Bitrate/Buffer: 3500
Video: 1280x720 (changed to 1536x864 for testing purposes. Seems to be working ok)
FPS: 30
Preset: veryfast

Here's a log for more details;

Just want to know if there's anything I should turn on, or raise, or what have you.

You don't have both monitor capture and game capture active at the same time do you? That would be bad.

Well, if I'm doing a game giveaway I turn Monitor Capture on (game capture is also enabled during this). When the giveaway is over, I turn monitor capture off.

Ah okay, as long as it's off when you're gaming or something, just be careful because it seemed like it was eating up your performance a bit. Other than that, if you have any performance problems while streaming, try using just one more level of downscale, and it'll probably help.
