CoreAudio AAC Encoder limited bitrate issue

Hello OBS folks,

I have recently installed Apple's CoreAudio ACC to use with OBS. The OBS successfully initiates CoreAudio AAC and enables it. However I can't get higher than 128kbit sound quality even if I set 320kbit at OBS. I have reviewed the media output with different applications like mediainfo etc. The sound quality is limited with 128kbit. I have attached my OBS log for the related part, Twitch inspector log after the stream, R1CH log anlyzer below. Any ideas?

Well... after doing some tests I have discovered that actually Twitch is re-encoding (transcoding) my audio even at source quality.

I have successfully recorded a local file with 256kbit AAC. Moreover I use the same settings for my streaming. However, Twitch output is 128kbit at my Twitch stream, VOD and clips. Things are getting interesting. :)
