Copy TV black screen during program UK

Hello,
I have been using OBS for a while on a Windows 10 laptop. I recently had to change to a Windows 11 PC. I now cannot copy TV programmes. I am getting the adverts and audio but when the programme starts all I see is a black screen. I practiced with Youtube which had no problem.
What am I doing wrong?!

TV programes are copyright protected. You should contact their support on how to circumvent this protection.

That's interesting as my Windows 10 laptop although very slow is able to copy them. Is it a Windows 11 thing?

Go to your browser and shut off graphic acceleration. go to settings--system performance and uncheck graphic acceleration.
