Controller input is slow or overall laggy - I'm confused

Hello everyone, I know the title is a bit confusing also but after searching a bit and trying out changing some settings I just don't know what the real issue is ...

In short : I bought a hdmi video capture so I could play on my switch while I'm still "connected" to my pc so I can be on discord at the same time enjoying my social blablabla and at the same time I wanted to stream my games, honestly only on discord in a close conversation with some friends I don't even want to stream on twitch or so. So google told me OBS was a nice program to stream and use the video capture thing so I got it , on first sight everything is fine I can play on my switch on the same screen as my pc so I'm quite happy but; Here comes the problem :
- Or, my controller's inputs take like a 0.5 of a time before game responses, it's not smoooth like it was when I just plugged another HDMI on my monitor.
- Or, there is some lag <- But how ? I'm literally playing trough the screen of the OBS , I'm not very good into all of this so I'm confused how it could be that.
- Or, there is a normal delay in the program self .... but the Stream delay is toggled off.

Voilà, I did not really know where to turn for help, I looked up on google changed my screen rate thing so it is scaled with the OBS and I had to twinkel on the sound (there was also a sound delay) that I managed to get good :) At this point I have the feeling that if I had to fast smash a button only 1 on the 3 smashes would go trough, you know what I mean ?

Here are the logs; https://obsproject.com/logs/XWth2JwyGi7yXS-2

Hope it's a stupid thing to undo or toggle on :P

In advance thanks for those who will take some time for my issues.
