Question / Help Controller Delay when streaming on OBS Studio

Hi! I try to stream Rocket League on my pc with OBS and it’s perfectly fine when having OBS in the background but as soon as I hit the Start Streaming button my controller that I have plugged into my pc is a bit delayed through the game as if I had Vsync on but I don’t have it on at all. As soon as I stop streaming it’s perfectly fine again. My pc is not the best nor is it decent. But I have an RX570 8GB and a 600W power supply that I have put into it. Everything else is all factory from when I got it. The model is HP 550-127c.

AMD A10-7800 3.5GHz
8GB DDR3 1600MHz
RX570 8GB
1TB Hard drive
600W power supply.
