Controllable Slide Show (not auto-cycle)

At the moment, the Slide Show functionality of OBS allows you to enter an automatic time interval after which images will be cycled. This is very interesting for people who, for instance, require some sponsorship deals to cycle constantly, or would like specific images to cycle forever.

However, it would be nice to have the option of creating a CONTROLLABLE image slide show that doesn't cycle automatically. One that you could cycle through manually using hotkeys.

This would help a lot when it comes to podcasts where various graphical elements are meant to be presented sequentially but no time frame is pre-determined when it comes to the duration of the element's relevance.

Is there such a function yet, and I'm just not seeing it yet?

That function does not currently exist, though it would certainly be an interesting addition to the slideshow source.

For now, I recommend capturing a sub-region of something like PowerPoint or a Google Presentation, or a slideshow from the Windows picture viewer.
