Hello everyone , it's for a few weeks I have this annoying problem and I can not live streaming . here is the result of the log analyzer:
Aero is disabled
Aero seems to be disabled, consider enabling it unless using monitor capture.
Window capture with Aero disabled
You are using window capture with Aero disabled. This causes other windows placed on top of the capture window to show on the stream instead of only the selected window. It is recommended to enable Aero when using window capture to prevent this.
Possible slow server
The server you are streaming to (rtmp://live-fra.twitch.tv/app) took 728 ms to connect. This may mean your connection or the server is slow, or the server is far away from you. If you are using twitch.tv, you may want to try using JTVPing to find an optimal server.
Hook conflict with ltc_game32-106568.dll
Game capture detected a hook conflict with a file called ltc_game32-106568.dll. This may result in games crashing or a black screen when using game capture. Try to identify the the application (the full path is \Device\HarddiskVolume1\PROGRA~2\Raptr\ltc_game32-106568.dll) and either close it or configure it not to hook your game. Note that some video drivers may install hooks for Stereo 3D, SLI or other purposes.

I think that my problems are caused from the last two points , I do not understand because it marks a ping of 728ms , in JTVPing I have a ping of 40ms ..
