Continuing to have encoder overload issues

I just completed my first Twitch stream and when rewatching it I see that the video cuts off well before the actual end of the stream. Here's the log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/7J6mHQQ5tmDTEeoh

When I researched online, looks like it's a potential encoder overload issue, which I thought I'd fixed. I've set myself as an administrator on OBS and followed some of the other recommendations in the troubleshooting section, so I'm unsure at this point where things are failing. Can you go to View -> Stats and see what that says a few minutes into the stream? Are you getting frames missed / skipped in the red, but in the main obs window bottom left, 0 dropped frames?
