Question / Help constantly laggin stream

Hello everyone,
i have some problem with OBS. I have the optimal setup to stream fluid games like Final Fantasy XIV Online. Well the point is, that everytime when i start to stream, my stream is only laggin. Speedtest show correct my speed about download and upload (3 Ping | 92 Download Mbps | 19 Upload Mbps ). Earlier i had a Xeon E3-1230 v5 as CPU. Now i changed yesterday to a Ryzen 7 3700X (see signature about my setup). What is the problem and how can i fix it?

Please try to include a recording/streaming session when you experience problems while streaming or recording,
as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.

If you have solved your problem yourself, please let the others know how you did it If someone else has the same problem,

Open the app. Start streaming. Wait til your issue occurs. Stop streaming.

Upload current logfile.
