Below is a link to my stream that has the beeping.

Below all this I have attached a link to my OBS Log.

This issue is very frustrating seeing as I just recently got my incredibly expensive laptop back from ASUS after having warranty work done to replace the defunct graphics card. When I was streaming before the card became unstable, I had no beeping whatsoever. I've looked around on this forum as well as others and consulted my more tech-savvy friends. I honestly have no idea why I have it. Any and all help would be appreciated.

I did not post this to the Problems and Bugs section because for all I know it may not be a problem with OBS at all, and it's definitely not affecting my ability to stream.

Thanks in advance for any and all help you guys can provide me with =)

VIA High Definition Audio (integrated into my ASUS Laptop)

It just wouldn't make much sense to me if it were a mic problem, considering I streamed in the past with the exact same laptop and had no beeping.

Out of curiosity, if you mute your mic, does the beeping go away?

It's possible when they replaced the GPU, they messed with some wiring. I remember when I got my motherboard on my laptop replaced once, my mic got disabled and they had to send someone over to fix it again.

My first guess is that, if the beeping only started after getting your laptop back from people who were mucking with the internals, then the problem was introduced at that point. I would go talk to the people who did the work on the laptop and tell them they messed up the mic.

You can get Audacity and do a test recording there to see if the beeping is replicated there, too.
