Hi! I'm trying my hardest to stream for fun from New York City, NY. The thing is though, my stream keeps buffering all the time and I cannot find a way to fix it.
- I feel like I have a good enough computer and internet
Intel Core i7 3770 @3.4 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW
16 GB Ram

- I have tried tweaking many of my settings, it still continues buffering
I have tried looking up solutions on google and youtube, changing my bitrate, encoder as well as resolution but it still seems to buffer.
Here is the thing though, when I view my stream from the OBS program it seems fine and smooth. When my friends AND EVEN MYSELF view the stream though, it's constantly buffering.
I have tried my best to find a solution but I can't seem to find one. I would appreciate some help, thank you in advance! :)
(and sorry if this seems like a repeat post, but I have tried so many times and I feel like I have a unique situation (-ish?) )
