Question / Help Constant Stream failure/OBS-Server connection failure Problems

For the last week or so, whenever I try to stream I receive this error

Now, I've done plenty of looking into it and have tried changing servers(New York, Miami, Dallas, San Fran, etc), changing my stream key (multiple times), setting firewall permissions(even disabling firewalls entirely), and switching from OBS to OBS Studio.

My internet connection is constantly around this range, and my ISP doesn't throttle

I've tried waiting a few days between streaming to see if it was due to Twitch issues, but nothing changed and people I know are able to stream fine on the same servers.

Usually, the first time I try to stream each day, I'm able to go about an hour or so, then I get disconnected and am no longer able to reconnect (receiving the same error as seen in the first picture), although today it lasted for about 3 to 4 hours before crashing again. Today was also the first time I saw that the bitrate display on the bottom right of the OBS interface dropped to 0, which makes me believe the connection to the server had been severed entirely.

It's worth noting that before this past week, I've been able to stream fine with no issues for as long as I wanted and to my knowledge none of my settings or anything have changed.

I've sent in Twitch support tickets, but they've yet to reply to me, so I came here for some help. My log file is attached and any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I tried with the app settings disabled, would that be good enough? I kind of just use it out of habit. Also, would it really allow me to stream for X amount of time and then just stop me randomly?

No it's not actually. ZoneAlarm puts deep hooking filters into the networking stack that only stop interfering when uninstalled.

Generally though intermittent issues like this end up being a problem with either the ISP you're using or one of the ISPs between yours and your streaming provider.

So what would be my next step if uninstalling ZoneAlarm doesn't work? Contact my ISP and see if they can do anything? What would I even ask them?
