Question / Help Constant stream disconnects, out of ideas

Firstly, I don't really know the best way to get help here so if creating this thread was unnecessary I apologise.

Basically I've been streaming on Twitch for over two years and I have had a problem with stream disconnects for pretty much all this time but never even close to as bad as it is now. Every single stream I attempt will disconnect multiple times without fail. I have tried using several different servers, including those I have tested to be the best suit. I have lowered my bitrate to barely watchable standards, I have tested a stream to Hitbox, I don't know what to do anymore. I generally do not drop any frames while streaming and my actual internet connection does NOT drop, I can use the internet for anything else and it works perfectly. This latest OBS log did include frame drops and has both a Twitch and Hitbox stream attempt included, both disconnected several times. Absolutely any help of any kind would be greatly appreciated.

Use wired instead of wireless. Wireless sucks for streaming and problems like this is why we say not to use it for streaming. Likely a new wifi device has taken residence within a few blocks of your location and is causing network collisions, and that's why its worse lately.

Get a long network cable and string it temporarily while you stream if you have to, but find a way to stop using wireless.

Appreciate the advice. Unfortunately a wired connection just isn't feasible; I live in a shared house with shared wi-fi, it was upgraded a few months ago and the router is not a large distance from my PC, but for many reasons cannot be wired. The actual wifi connection to my PC is full strength and never disconnects. A poor signal I'm guessing would likely result in regular frame drops which almost never happens. I believe the log I posted was an instance of significant frame drops but generally it'll run completely fine until the disconnects, which happen on average 5/6 times in a two hour period, at random intervals. The nature of the disconnects is what's baffling me the most, as there is no obvious indication to the cause.

Thank you for your response.

The logs point to your connection stalling, then you get disconnected by the streaming service for not sending data. This is almost certainly due to your use of wireless. You can never know when a source of interference will suddenly cripple your connection - signal strength indicators do not take into account any interference.
