Question / Help Constant stream buffering for viewers

Hello.

I cant stream in higher bitrate than 1800, because if I do then stream starts to lag for my viewers and constantly reloads. My spec: i7-4770k, gtx780, 16GB corsair memory, upload 80-82MBp\s. I cant understand what is the problem. My internet is good, on OBS i dont get any ,,Dropped Frames" messages and that green square always stays green. what is the problem? Uploding my setings in OBS.

Got the same problem, Bitrate 1500 kbits works fine but if i use 1800 or higher its buffering every 15 sec's on stream for me (no frame drops).
