I thought it was my capture card I unplugged it, and unplugged the audio cord that goes from the capture card to the microphone input as it is usb 3.0 so I have to have that additional cable to get sound. But even if none of that is plugged in I still get these weird echo sounds. The only solution I've found is to turn off microphone in Windows. I don't think it's necessarily even an OBS issue because I uninstalled OBS and reinstalled it, but it does only happen when OBS is open if I close it it stops. I tried removing/readding my capture card device messing with both OBS and Windows settings and couldn't it fixed it. Only turning off mic but then I have no sound, or closing OBS stops the sounds.
