Question / Help Constant issues with encoder errors/crashes

I've been trying to get back into streaming with my buddies and have been having nothing but headaches with many different crashes and issues.
System Specs:
Windows 10 Pro
I7 8086k @ 5ghz all cores
16 GB DDR3400
2x 1070ti in SLI
970 Evo 1gb NV.ME drive

I've been trying to go through the many logs to find one where it crashed because the problem seems to very based on what I play for some reason but attaching one log. I've tried new NVENC, NVENC, X264 along with many other tweaks to bitrate, etc...
Any help is greatly appreciated

Try with a single GPU, SLI causes lots of problems.

Seems like it doesn't have the issue using screen capture instead of window capture, will continue to test but had a 5 hour stream earlier without issue.
