I keep getting constant dropped frames, I have tried changing bitrate, x264 profile and nothing works. I've reset my internet many times and still doesn't fix the issue. I keep getting the yellow/red square as it's not giving off enough kb/s at all times. Can someone please review this log and tell me where the problem is?
