Hey guys, I've been trying to stream recently, and no matter what settings, resolution, bitrate, etc. I chose, I will constantly be in the red with my bit rate.
Some background info is that I have 300 down and 20 up, and I use an ethernet connection straight to the router.
At the start of the stream, it will be fine for a while, but after a while my network frames will start tanking. If I try to restart the stream, I will be at 0-1000 bitrate.
This morning, I had someone from my ISP come out and replace the modem, some wires, and some other hardware. I then ran a bandwidth test stream with twitch inspector on, and it ran PERFECTLY for an hour+ with 0 dropped frames. As soon as I start a real stream the issues come up. I'm starting to think my ISP is throttling my upload somehow even though they say they don't, but I don't have any way to tell. Or maybe I have some weird setting turned on in windows or something. I just don't know.
I'm desperate at this point and would greatly appreciate any advice you guys may have.
I've attached a log from my stream today after the ISP replaced some hardware at my house.
Thanks guys.
