Make sure to document everything, time, etc. My problem ended up being something was on a timer that was creating noise on my line and making my connection unstable... or at least one of the problems was. Also the more you call them the higher your chances are to get service credits for when you get to your "I've had it with this crap" moment and they can look and see you called way back when and can issue credits on your account. But us streamers require all their stuff is working properly, where cable and even standard internet users or even internet gamers don't need the exact standards of constant bit rate that streaming requires, so expect pushback. They're gonna blame your modem, they're gonna blame your router, they're gonna say there's software doing it, you just need to play the game to remove all the excuses. I started asking for techs who are gamers or streamers, if the tech isn't a gamer or a streamer, they shouldn't be taking my service ticket.
