Constant 1.5 Mbps network spikes in task manager

Today I was troubleshooting an issue and when checking task manager I found the send rate constantly spiking every second or so. I stream at 6 Mbps and it spikes up to 7.5. This doesnt seem to be affecting the stream in any way. When I view the processes window of task manager and sort by network, obs is running pretty steady at 6-6.5 with no other apps using any significant data. The stats in obs and stats on the twitch player both show steady bit rate also.Thanks for any insight.
