Question / Help Console Streaming Setup so lost

My dudes I'm soooo damn lost xD I need help with this cluster. I want to stream my ps3 but apparently theres some kind of HDCP crap that I have to bypass with a splitter? So i've added an alternate path to these amazing schematics. Although another problem confuses me there. People run 2 hdmis from the splitter, 1 to elgato and other to the monitor/tv. My elgato has an In and an Out port on it. Wouldnt I just run 1 hdmi output from splitter into my elgato and then run from the out port from the elgato to the monitor/tv? Or is the previous way how we bypass HDCP? With that in mind how can I utilize the speakers or my headphones that run into the Audio Interface then runs to my PC via USB when playing the PS3 and streaming? I'm so lost and can't find the answers that I need. Please help a brother out.

P.S. when setting up my ps3 via the blue line option thats where I cant get a signal due to hdcp so i guess it's kinda irrelevant but I'm just showing you what I've got goin on here. I dont currently have the splitter but If I order one the green is how I suppose its supposed to go. Once I'm passed the whole HDCP thing then my only concern is utilizing the speakers/headphones that run into my interface and into my pc. View attachment 35200
