Question / Help Console Hook Up + Audio?

So, heres new set up.

OBS + AVerMedia C985 + Tritton Pros Headset

Now, OBS captures video/Sound from the capture card, I then feed that OUT HDMI to my TV.

My Issue is, my headphones are Optical Cable based for 5.1, so I need to manage to hook up the head phones too. I dont suppose I can just leave them in the Sound Card can I? Will the PC pick that sound up for me if I use the capture card?

My TV does have Optical OUT, but it only plays in Pro Logic =/

The Xbox 360 would allow me to use both its HDMI and Optical OUT, which is fine I guess, a bit of a hassle switching cables, but then we have the PS3 which won't allow that at all. Surely someone out there faced this issue before?

Much Thanks my friends for reading.

In OBS, you can output audio to your desktop in the capture source so that you can hear it.
