Question / Help Consistent Crash with graphically intensive games

I broadcast over @ twitch.tv/hereticfurby and well, I have no complaints about OBS...... until I start broadcasting Metro: Last Light Redux.

The crash happens within an hour of broadcasting, and it crashes OBS and the game. I attached the error message that I receive. Metro: Last Light Redux is the ONLY game that this happens in, whereas every other game and scene in OBS works perfectly and continues to run after 12+ hour broadcasts (the normal length).

The only other game I have crashes in is Lords of the Fallen, and well that is because the game is horrible on PC.
Metro: Last Light is a phenomenal title and has extraordinary immersion in the game, but the constant crashing and redoing sequences from the game (On Ranger Hardcore difficulty) not only breaks the immersion, but is extremely frustrating, being on the hardest difficulty (first playthrough).

Does anyone else receive this, or a similar error, in Metro: LL or other graphically impressive games? The same error would come up during Lords of the Fallen, as well.

This crash would happen every 2-4 hours with Tomb Raider on PC @ maxed out visual fidelity.
I get a feeling 500W is too little for the GTX 980/i5 combo. Once I upgrade to an i7, I will need to get a new PSU.

I usually broadcast @ 720p60 with 3000kbps bitrate. Bicubic Filter (Please explain what this setting does)
Very High x264 preset. Encoding profile MAIN.
Always latest version of OBS 32-bit.
(Anything about 64-bit that can help me out?)

i think this a kind of teaching to read the forums stickies if you run into problems

technically the psu shouldnt be the problem since
cpu 77watt (with oc probably around 90)
gpu ~180
capture card not more than 70
all the other crap probably not even over 50

so lets assume ~300 so in theory your psu should be fine

and as i already said at the beginning reading those forum stickies and then posting what they want you to :)
