Consistent Audio Thread Crashes

I'm relatively new to using OBS, but seemingly every time I stream/record anything for more than 5-10 minutes, OBS will crash. Upon skimming the logs, every single one says that it was the audio thread that crashed. How would I go about fixing this?

Attached is one of the log files, but they all say roughly the same thing,
"Thread [XXXX]: audio-io: audio thread (Crashed)"

try this for me

1) download and install itunes using this installer https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/win64
2) open OBS and change your audio encoder from the ffmpeg encoder to coreaudio
3) test again

Okay, after testing it with both recording and streaming, it does seem to work! It hasn't crashed since changing the encoder. Thank you!
