Connectivity to Facebook Live

For several weeks now, I have been unable to connect Facebook Live. Sometimes Facebook will give the option to click "Live" and other times it won't. When it happens to go connect, I will be able to stream for approximately 30 seconds at the maximum. I had been streaming for 6 months on wifi without any issues. I am now using an ethernet cable with 10+ upload and still am not able to connect. I have tried all the recommendations posted in other threads. Please help a brother out.

I'm not very technological advanced, but I tried attaching the logs.

@cyclemat - I'm not an advanced OBS user, but technically advanced in general. After 8+ months of livestreaming with OBS, I have no idea how one would enable a New socket loop, nor how to disable it. Any suggestions?
A quick Google search didn't yield an obvious answer for me. IS such a loop usually created by something outside OBS? just curious
