Question / Help Connectivity Issues since Monday 8/8

So before Monday I was streaming fine with a constant bit rate of around 3500. But since then the bitrate constantly crashes to 0 and floats between 500 to 1500 barely ever going above 2000 for long. I tried changing servers and reinstalling obs and then have just switched to OBS studio and the problem persists. WTF are you talking about, nothing about his issue has anything to do with what you just said.

Yes it does. His video memory is incorrectly allocated. Is your os 32 bit or 64 bit.
Osiris do you know how bit frames even work?

He has connectivity issues, nothing you said will cause that.
