Question / Help Connection?

Hii :3,

i have a little problem with the connection thing.

I want to stream League of Legends but i have an upload from around almost 1mbit and idk what kbit i have to use now to stream and play still with decent Ping =/.

You guys could help me out maybe?

try test 9 from the download page and pick low latency mode on broadcasting settings then start with a bitrate of 600 increase by 50 if the indicator is green with no frame drops in sight
