I'm not sure if it's an ISP problem but i've been having this problem for a few days where the connection in OBS just kind of comes in and out but never disconnects. I had my ISP come out and change my wires but i'm convinced the guy didn't know what he was doing and never fixed a downed problem. But just to be kind of precautious, I want to rule anything else out.
I get about 20 down and 6-7 up. I stream at 1800 bitrate max 2k. I have been doing this with no frame dropping issues for about 5 months now at all hours of the day. My computer is new and powerful so I highly doubt it's the case. My connection itself seems fine. I can play online games with no lag or stutter or any indication something is wrong with the connection. It seems to be exclusive to upload but it could just be me speculating. I have a log from my last stream where it was doing it very frequently. Is there anything in here that might show a possible root to my issue that can give me some clues? MY biggest concern would be someone doing it maliciously but I honestly think it's highly unlikely.
