Question / Help connection failed

So I've been getting this connection failed every time I try to stream. I've checked all of essentially everything. I did find a place to find some IP's and ran a tracert to Denver (live-den.twitch.tv )where I get a stop after 8 hops ending in ---

8 96--87-8-170-static.hfc.comcastbusiness.net [96.87.8.170] Reports: Destination net unreachable.

So is this something wrong on comcasts end? I haven't had a chance to stream since last Nov so tons of stuff has changed.

Also I've used that one program (can't remember the name) to check twitch servers and every server come up as can't connect.

Ok so oddly I contacted Comcast as usual they were less than helpful. But I decided to try and use a PS4 and start a stream and it worked fine connected and everything. Not sure why when I use OBS it fails at the same spot. I even went as far as turning off all my security and it's still an issue. So, any theories?

So I found a work around for now, I have 2 network interfaces on my PC and I switched from the marvell Yukon to the Realtek I was able to stream... so it's gotta be a network card issue either comparability with twitch or it's seeing it as a threat. Or I have a setting on my other interface causing an issue... now gonna hope maybe others with Marvell have had this issue if not I'll still keep chugging along. But now can actually stream.
