connecting two computer through internet using NDI

is it a way to stream from one computer to another through internet using NDI ?
i'm looking for a way to live stream from one computer to another, in two different location, with a minimum latency.
if it's possible with OBS will be great !

Not with NDI, no. NDI requires too much bandwidth.
