Question / Help Connect streaming software to start preview

I'm trying to setup obsproject to stream on YouTube live. Thought I had everything setup but I'm missing something. In YouTube I'm getting this in the preview for a livestream test: Connect streaming software to start preview

What am I missing?

According to the log, you started streaming.
