Question / Help Configure Uplink package for OBS Studio

I have downloaded the Uplink package from Nerd Or Die, it is supposed to work with OBS Studio as well as SLOBS. I need help getting it to work in OBS, it has a quick setup file for SLOBS which is not recognized by OBS, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Also, I tried the manual install instructions on the Streamlabs OBS site and they are completely confusing to me.

This seems a software package you buy from that website. I suggest you contact the vendor for support.
