Question / Help Configure Button Brings Nothing Up

This worked fine before I upgraded to Windows 10 (from Windows 7). I am not sure if that is relevant. Also, I have OSX installed on this machine (it's a Hackintosh) and I am able to get it to work on OBS for mac. I need this to work on the Windows side though because I need the "de-interlace" feature (which is not available on OBS for mac).

I use a Black Magic Intensity Pro card. I have a GoPro3+ plugged into the HDMI input on the card. The camera's output is 1080i59.94. The output for the camera does show up in the software for the card, so I know it is not an issue with the camera or the card.

I have always had to go into the settings on OBS and change the settings to 1080i59.94. In the past, I have done this by clicking on the "Configure" button that shows up next to the device selection in the settings. It used to bring up a window with a dropdown box, allowing me to choose the proper resolution.

Now, I click the Configure button and nothing happens. No window comes up. Nothing even tries to load. No error message. The button is clickable (not greyed out) and does seem to "respond" by turning blue when I click on it, however nothing comes up.

Any thoughts on what might be going wrong would be appreciated!

Sounds like a driver issue for your capture card; all OBS does is hook the config program associated, and sounds like it's bombing out silently under Win10.
Welcome to both the teething problems associated with a new OS release, and the fragility/finicky nature generally associated with Blackmagic products.

Try updating your BMIP drivers if they have a Win10-specific version out. You can also try grabbing a copy of AmaRec and see if it can grab video from the BMIP+cam (via DirectShow, which the BMIP software may not use), and figure out if it's the config software itself, or something with how OBS is trying to call it under Win10.
