configuration - low-end notebook

Hi everyone. Do you know if I can configure OBS to stream with these components I have? I tried, but it overloads me when encoding.
Processor: A6-9220
RAM: 8 GB 3200 MHz (the motherboard runs at approximately 1600 MHz)
Additionally, my internet speed is 300 MB.

It is too weak PC for modern streaming.

I have an hp palivillion and had to do a lot of things to get it to stream and it's still marginal.
1. switched main drive to a SSD
2 increased memory to 16 gb
3. obs encoder to ultra fast
4. down res to 720p

i can't run much else at the same time. I can't stream and record at the same time.

Sometimes just better to get something newer.
