Question / Help Configuration Assistance Please

I am very new to OBS and have no real idea how to set up my settings. My system Specs are
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
System Model: Presario CQ57 Notebook PC
BIOS: InsydeH20 Version 03.60.50f.33
Processor: Intel Celeron CPU B800 @ 1.50GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.5GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Any help would be greatly a appreciated. c:

That laptop isn't actually compatible with OBS. The Intel HD Graphics processor it has does not support the required functions OBS needs.
