Question / Help Config File Broken

So I was playing around and testing some new layouts for my stream and wanted to get some more precise measurements, so I went into the config file (which I've done numerous times in the past, just not recently, without a problem). However, OBS kept overwriting the file and resetting all the values I would change. To be clear, I was doing all the changes in the config file with OBS closed. So I decided to copy the file, make the changes in the copy, and then removed and replaced the original (which I made sure to back up). But when I opened OBS back up again, all my scenes were gone. Yet, it recognized all of my global sources. When I realized the problem, I immediately closed OBS and tried putting the original back in but the problem remained. So somehow along the way, something got really messed up and I'm at a loss as to what it could be. Thanks for any help. I've attached a text version of the config file. Although I'm not sure how much it will help, I'll also attach the last normal log and first log when it stopped working.

To add a bit more clarification, I was changing values in the "TEST" scene (about 60% of the way down the config file) and only that one. It could be as simple as just a syntax error but I can't find anything myself. I'd appreciate another set of eyes to see if there's anything I missed. Also, uninstalling and reinstalling OBS did not solve the problem. I also seem to be having a problem importing a scene collection as well, so that may be part of it but I'm not entirely sure.

Ok, I got it fixed! For anyone wondering, I had to put all the scenes below the global sources in the config file (edit: you have to put the global sources after the scenes again for them to be recognized, so they're in there twice but whatever). Not sure why as I don't think it was like that before but there it is. Hopefully this will help some poor soul in the future that makes the same mistake as I have.
