Computer Workstation Help: OBS | NDI Sources Only | Recording video PROGRAM MIX and TWO ISOs, occasional streaming

Hi! Thank you in advance for your suggestions

I’m lookin to build or purchase a pre-built dedicated OBS workstation, capable of capturing two or more NDI sources, recording/encoding a live-edited PROGRAM mix of those recordings, as well as recording/encoding two ISO’s of each individual input, all at 1080p.

Can you recommend a setup, either pre-built or custom, that would handle this with ease? Thanks so much!
 
Thanks @dodgepong. Understood. That said, what about a setup that can handle two NDI sources, LIVE MIXING, and recording of PROGRAM mix with ease. I'm looking to replicate the simplest version of what Tricaster can do. Thanks!
