I was wondering if these specs would be good enough to stream 1080p@30fps or 720p@60fps.
i5 2500k
gtx 680
4 gb ram
Asus P8Z68-V Pro

Some games yes, some games no. High action games (FPS) it will probably struggle. Simpler games like HotS will probably be fine.

Doesn't stress your CPU at all usually, and is very compressable because usually there are a lot of idle parts on the screen.
