Anyone know what would cause this?

You'll notice it in the first few seconds. The audio continuously cuts out when I have OBS streaming, but stops doing it once I stop streaming.
This is not just the audio getting cut in the stream/VOD. It's my entire computer, I can't hear the game or Discord or anything.
Anyone have a solution to this?
