Question / Help Computer lags when i turn the stream on and the preview.

Hey guys, just a quick question, i've read that having a DUO core might be the problem but i cant seem to find a confirmation, i've had a sleepless night just thinking about what could be wrong.
The thing is, when i turn on the stream or preview, my computer starts lagging alot, and i get the notification on the OBS that says "WARNING: High encoding CPU, please lower your setting" <- didnt catch it all...
Im allways having trouble with the server, that might just be some configuration i need to make

Could it be that im using a 32x version of OBS and im running 64x windows?

No, I just read the log wrong. I'm a novice at that stuff. You may have to wait for someone with more experience, just wanted to try and help if I could lol.

Thanks for the reply R1CH, im not the best when it comes to computer stuff, but i've been following some guides on how to set up a stream with OBS. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for the help. i just needed to hear it from a professional
