Question / Help Computer Lags/Stutters randomly when streaming

Hello, I am seeking some support in helping me fix this lag/ stuttering problem I've been having for the past couple days. I've never had problems streaming with OBS until a few days ago. I would be able to stream without any lag/ stuttering when I played the game for hours on end, however I now cannot even stream for an hour+ before being hit with this weird stuttering lag. It would occur almost every 10-30 seconds. It is not the stream that is lagging, it's my actual computer that is lagging. I thought it was with OBS, so I switched to OBS studio however that did not fix my problem. I noticed by looking at the logs of OBS studios and it says my computer had some memory leaks, I have no clue what that means but it does sound bad. So I decided to come here for help! Any help fixing this would be appreciated.

I don't think my PC is the problem,I've updated the BIOS and have the latest drivers for my PC, and I think my specs are alright and I should be able to stream fine without this lag.
PC Specs:
CPU: i7 - 4790k OC to 4.6ghz (I've tried disabling this OC to see if that was the problem but the problem still persists)
Ram: 16gb @ 2400mhz
GPU: GTX 980 Zotac

Hello, I forgot to mention, display capture is the only way for it to capture some of the games I play :S. I do not know why it will not capture a some of my games with game capture. It would just be a blank screen. So I decided to use display capture. I never had any problems with display capture until now.
